[英/中] Call for Tenders: CICC Company Pavilion at Hainan Expo 2023

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is glad to inform you that the 3rd China International Consumer Products Expo (Hainan Expo) will be held at Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center in Haikou in April 2023. 

This will be a very special edition since, after the bilateral meeting in November 2022 between President Xi Jinping and Prime Minister Meloni, ITALY has been selected as the Country of Honor. 

CICC, in its role as aggregator and coordinator of Italian companies present in the territory representing the high-end market, will organize a Company Pavilion, which will be part of the Italian National Pavilion, organized in synergy with the Embassy of Italy to the P.R.C., the Consulate General of Italy in Guangzhou and ITA - Italian Trade Agency.

中国意大利商会（CICC）荣幸通知您，第三届中国国际消费品博览会（海南博览会）将于2023年4月在海口的海南国际会展中心举行。

这将会是非常特别的一届消博会，皆因在2022年11月习主席和意大利总理梅洛尼进行双边会谈后，意大利决定担任消博会主宾国。

中国意大利商会，作为代表高端市场的意大利企业的聚集者和协调者，将与意大利驻华大使馆、意大利驻广州总领事馆和ITA - 意大利对外贸易委员会，合作组织意大利商会展馆，该馆为意大利国家馆的一部分。

CICC hereby recruits an agency with Booth Design & Setup services for the 200 sqm CICC Company Pavilion with the following responsibilities:

• Overall Booth Design of the CICC Pavilion

• Booth Setup, Maintenance and Dismantlement

Please note that the agency shall meet the following conditions:

•  Shall be authorized by the Expo organizers

•  Shall sign the service agreement with all the exhibitors, and be responsible for communication with the exhibitors

特此，中国意大利商会现公开招募一家为200平方米的意大利商会展馆提供展位设计和搭建的服务商，其职责如下：

• 负责意大利商会展馆的整体设计

• 负责展位的搭建、维护和拆除恢复

请注意，该服务商需满足以下条件：

• 获得消博会主办方的授权

• 与所有的参展商签订服务协议，并负责与参展商沟通细节

APPLICATION PROCESS

• Please fill out and return the following form within February 15th, 2023, 6:00 pm (Beijing Time) to infoguangdong@cameraitacina.com. Please also attach a company presentation to the e-mail.

• CICC will contact you about the details of the event.

• After evaluating the quotation, CICC will give you feedback regarding the result.

PARTICIPATION TERMS

• Participation in tendering is open to CICC members and non-members.

• Companies competing in the tender must have the necessary knowledge and experience and have the technical support and personnel capable to run the tender.

• Each company can submit only one tender.

• The tender is to be drafted in Italian or English, filled in and signed.

• It is the responsibility of the tenderer to study the specification and requirements before submitting the tender.

参与条件

• 中国意大利商会会员和非会员均可参与投标

• 参加投标的公司必须具备必要的知识和经验，并拥有能够进行投标的技术支持和人员

• 每个公司只能提交一份标书

• 请提交语言为意大利语或英语的文件

• 投标者有责任在提交申请前研究相关规范和要求

EVALUATION CRITERIA

• The selection of the supplier will be made according to the event's requirements and the best bidding price received.

• Experience in the previous Hainan Expo will be considered as a plus.

评估标准

• 服务商最终选择将根据活动的具体要求和收到的最低投标价格来决定

• 有过往海南消博会的经验将会被视为加分项

EXCLUSION FROM TENDER

• In case of not meeting the conditions of the tendering process.

• In case of non-conformity with the hereby open call for tender.

• In case of submitting false data.

• Late submission.

投标的排除条件

• 不符合招标条件

• 不符合本公开招标文件规定

• 提交虚假资料

• 逾期提交申请

The results about the tendering shall be announced by email after proper evaluation.

投标结果经适当评估后，会通过电子邮件公布。
