Call for Tenders - Italian Week in Shanghai, July 2019

Dear Members and Friends,

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce is looking for vendors that, by providing Services, Venue and Media coverage, will be able to contribute to the success of the most important Italian Week in Shanghai, to be held in July 2019.

In particular, the CICC is looking for different vendors that can provide the following services:

• Set-up Company (AVL system, production of backdrops/shooting walls/totem and stage set-up);
• Venue for setting up 30/40 booths for companies (indoor/outdoor space, at least 10 sqm per booth) – venue available for 3 weeks
• Media Coverage (media press, KOL)

HOW TO APPLY

1. Please download here the application form.

2. Send your proposal: fill in the form, scan it and send it to sh.events@cameraitacina.com together with the full proposal, quotation and potential sponsorship. Deadline: 30th of April.

3. Get the results: After examination of the required documentation, the CICC will inform you about the results via email. Deadline: Monday 6th of May.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

• Participation in tendering is open to CICC Members and no Members;
• Companies competing in the tender must have the necessary knowledge and experience and have the technical support and personnel capable to run the tender;
• The tender is to be drafted in Italian or English, filled in and signed;
• It is the responsibility of the tenderer to study the specification and requirements before submitting the tender.

EVALUATION CRITERIA

• The selection of the Supplier will be made according to the Event's requirements and the lowest bidding price received;
• If the bidding price is the same or the service/goods are supplied free of charge, the Chamber will give priority to the members of the Chamber first and will select the first submitted bid that will meet the standards of quality indicated
• If no applications are submitted by the members of the Chamber, the Chamber has the right to select the most appropriate application submitted by one of the non-member companies present on CICC database.

• Company logo on the communication material of the Event;
• Company promotion on CICC's social networks;
• Company logo visibility on CICC's monthly newsletter and on CICC's website;
• Discounts when taking part in CICC's events;
• Discounts on services;
• Discount on CICC's Membership fee (new Members or renewals).

Please note that the amount and length of benefits will be subject only to the sponsorship offered. 

EXCLUSION FROM TENDER

• In case of not meeting the conditions of the tendering process;
• In case of non-conformity with the hereby open call for tender;
• In case of submitting false data;
• Late submission.

The results about the tendering shall be announced by email after proper evaluation.
