Call for Tenders | 2021 China-Europe Culture Week, European Brand Market - October 15th to 17th, Foshan

Dear Members and Friends,

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is organizing the event "2021 China-Europe Culture Week", that will be held from October 15th until October 17th, at New City Culture Street Square in Foshan, Guangdong Province.​

The Culture Week is hosted by the Management Committee of Foshan Industrial Services Zone (Sanlongwan Innovation Cluster), organized by the Foshan Radio Station, and supported by the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce.

ABOUT THE FESTIVAL

The Italian Festival will offer to local and international audience an "Italian" experience, a journey through the excellencies that make Italy a global benchmark in several sectors, such as F&B, fashion, advanced technologies, art, music, culture, tourism, design, innovation, just to mention some of the distinctive Italian traits.

A THREE-DAY PROGRAM WITH ACTIVITIES FOCUSED ON THE PROMOTION OF MADE IN ITALY:

• Format: B2C
• An outdoor exhibition with Made in Italy excellence: cultural Italian associations, lifestyle, fashion, healthcare, food and beverage, tourism, interior design and Italian performers
• Promotional activities of Made in Italy to be scheduled, in particular:

1. Seminars on specific topics (fashion, design, mechanics, tourism, culture, etc.)
2. Recreational activities such as karaoke, projection of Italian movies, Italian Aperitivo, sports activities, live shows and so on.

THE CICC IS LOOKING FOR THE FOLLOWING TENDERS:

• Companies and associations, that are interested in having a booth within the Italian outdoor market. Each actor involved will have the opportunity to exhibit and sell their products-services within their booth.
• Italian brand exhibitors to participate in market activities, including exhibition and serial extended sales activities.
• Associations that want to organize activities during the Italian festival (participation free of charge).
• Performers that are interested in participating through musical performances, entertainment (participation free of charge).

Booth Price:

CICC members: 1,000 RMB/booth, 2021 SPECIAL BENEFIT: Free of Charge

Non members: 3,500 RMB/booth

What are included in the package?

• Booth: 3*3*3 meters
• 2 tables (1.2m length)

APPLICATION PROCESS

• Send an email, including your company’s presentation and your proposal if you are an association (at least one proposal activity) to infoguangdong@cameraitacina.com to express your interest within September 10th, 2021, 6 p.m.
• CICC will contact you regarding the detail of the event
• After evaluating your proposal, CICC will feedback you regarding the result

PARTICIPATION TERMS

• Participation in tendering is open to CICC Members and non-Members and Italian associations
• Companies competing in the tender must have the necessary knowledge and experience and have the technical support and personnel capable to run the tender
• Each company can submit only one tender
• The tender is to be drafted in Italian or English, filled in and signed
• It is the responsibility of the tenderer to study the specification and requirements before submitting the tender

EVALUATION CRITERIA

• CICC will give priority to its Members and it will select the first submitted bid meeting the standards required
• CICC reserves the right to select companies based on weighted quota in order to balance the representation of the widest possible range of industries
• If no applications are submitted by the Members of the Chamber, the Chamber has the right to select the most appropriate application submitted by one of the non-Member companies

EXCLUSION FROM TENDER

• In case of not meeting the conditions of the tendering process
• In case of non-conformity with the hereby open call for tender
• In case of submitting false data
• Late submission

The results about the tendering shall be announced by email after proper evaluation.
