CALL FOR TENDER - VIDEO MAKER COMPANY

Dear Members and Friends,


The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is glad to share that it will take part in “True Italian Taste”, a project promoted and funded by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development (MiSE), which aims at promoting authentic Italian food & beverage products.
As part of this extensive project, CICC is going to create promotional short videos focused on F&B products which will be shared on Chinese online platforms.  

CALL INVITATION 

We are looking for a media company/freelance video maker able to create captivating short videos. The service will include shooting and editing of the videos. Videos must be designed to suit and appeal to the Chinese public to maximize their visibility.

• Company description
• Video sample. N.B.: due to the specific requirements of the project, please send us the example of a video you already produced which focuses on the promotion of a specific product.
• Quotation.

 
TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
 

• Participation in the tender is open to CICC Members and non-Members;
• Companies competing in the tender must have the necessary knowledge and experience and have the technical support and personnel capable to run the tender;
• The results about the tendering shall be announced by email. 

EVALUATION CRITERIA

CICC will give priority to projects submitted by its Members (priority to Supporting ones) and will evaluate projects based on:

• Previous experience producing short videos aimed at the Chinese public;
• Quality of the video sample provided;
• Quotation provided.

If no applications are submitted by the Members of the Chamber, CICC has the right to select the most appropriate application submitted by one of the non-Member companies selecting based on the above-specified criteria.
