Call for Sponsors | Interchamber Networking Drinks, September 21-28th

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is glad to announce that the Interchamber Business Networking will be held in Shenzhen on September 21st 2022 and in Guangzhou on September 28th 2022, from 18:30 to 21:30.

The Interchambers are a series of business networking events held regularly in Guangzhou and Shenzhen as other parts of China and are in cooperation with the British Chamber of Commerce Guangdong, the Australian Chamber of Commerce - South China, the Benelux Chamber of Commerce in China, the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China, the German Chamber of Commerce - South and Southwest China, the Swiss Chinese Chamber of Commerce in China, the Danish Chamber of Commerce in South China, the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in China and the CanCham PRD.

To support the event, CICC is looking for sponsors in the following fields:

• Company logo on communication material of the event;

• Company promotion on CICC's social networks (information on our sponsors will be included in the articles we will share on our platforms);

• Sponsor citation and thanks during the event;

• 2 free tickets per sponsor;

Please note that the amount and length of benefits will be subject only to the sponsorship offered.

APPLICATION PROCESS

• Send an email, including your company’s presentation, to infoguangdong@cameraitacina.com to express your interest within September 2nd, 2022;

• CICC will contact you regarding the details of the event;

• After evaluating your quotation, CICC will feedback you regarding the result.

PARTICIPATION TERMS

• Participation in tendering is open to CICC Members and non-Members;

• Companies competing in the tender must have the necessary knowledge and experience and have the technical support and personnel capable to run the tender;

• Each company can submit only one tender;

• The tender is to be drafted in Italian or English, filled in and signed;

• It is the responsibility of the tenderer to study the specification and requirements before submitting the tender.

EVALUATION CRITERIA

• The selection of the Supplier will be made according to the event's requirements and the lowest bidding price received;

• If the bidding price is the same or the service/goods supplied are free of charge, CICC will give priority to its Members and it will select the first submitted bid meeting the standards required;

• If no applications are submitted by the Members of the Chamber, the Chamber has the right to select the most appropriate application submitted by one of the non-Member companies.

EXCLUSION FROM TENDER

• In case of not meeting the conditions of the tendering process;

• In case of non-conformity with the hereby open call for tender;

• In case of submitting false data;

• Late submission.

The results about the tendering shall be announced after proper evaluation.
