Call for Speakers | "New Work Practices Emerging in China: What Has Changed", November 18th, Nanjing

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) in collaboration with the EUSME Centre are pleased to inform that we are looking for speakers for our upcoming seminar "New Work Practices Emerging in China: What Has Changed".

The seminar is scheduled for November 18th 2021 (pm) and will be held both ONLINE and OFFLINE in Nanjing (venue TBC). 

It aims to provide European SMEs with an overview of:
• How COVID-19 has changed work practices in China, including in terms of flexibility, smart working, fringe benefits, etc. 
• How to hire, train, retain and fire talents – both local and foreigners – over the long-term against the backdrop of evolving work practices (White collars/Blue collars..)

The ideal speaker(s) will have extensive experience(s) and/or academic background in the field of HR and the above issues.

 

 

EVALUATION CRITERIA

The selection of the speaker(s) will be made according to the relevance of the proposals with reference to the topic of the seminar.
CICC will give priority to its Members. Should there be no applications from Members, CICC has the right to select the most appropriate application submitted by Non-Members.

EXCLUSION FROM TENDERING

In case of not meeting conditions of the present "Call for Speakers"
In case of non-conformity with the hereby open "Call for Speakers"
In case of false data submission
In case of late submission

*Please note, speaker(s) shall not promote personal material during the seminar
