He has represented companies from the pharmaceutical industries and life science sector and gained particular experience in handling multi-jurisdictional litigation. Tom deals with all aspects of intellectual property rights on a daily basis and has a specific interest in China-related matters. He has advised on multiple patent infringement actions and attended trade fairs on behalf of clients. Tom focuses on understanding the client`s objective and explaining the law in practical terms, providing his clients with concrete and business-focused solutions. He is a regular speaker on the topic of IPR in China and has published several articles on this subject. Tom Carver is the head of Wragge & Co.’s China office and is based in Guangzhou.
