SEMINAR ABOUT THE EUROPEAN TRADE CENTRE - THE 21ST CENTURY SILK ROAD

  The European Trade Centre (ETC), with an area of 100,000 m² and located in the Binhai New Area in Tianjin, aims at helping European SMEs penetrate the Chinese market or expand their business if they are already established in China. ETC offers European SMEs logistic support, government benefits and financial assistance, hence giving them a chance to develop their business in China. European SMEs have the opportunity to establish a joint venture with ETC, set up their own retail / wholesale operation at ETC, or sell their products directly to ETC. Target sectors include food and beverage, fashion, handicrafts, furniture and homeware. SMEs providing a “European lifestyle” service are also welcome to ETC (restaurants, bars, leisure, education and culture). Following the presentation delivered by Mr. Ling Chaoxiang, CEO of the European Trade Centre project, all participants are welcome to join the cocktail networking and meet the ETC purchasing and leasing team. RDL - Managing E-HR (Evidence) and Designing Employer’s Internal Bylaws The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce, together with River Delta Law Firm, is glad to invite you to a one-side seminar aimed at presenting and analyzing the management of E-HR (Evidence) and designing employer’s internal bylaws. The lecture is based on the new issues arising in the management of the labour relationships in the internet and New Media era. Moreover, the seminar will focus on the new type of legal risks and labour disputes related to electronic evidences. Effective solution on how enterprises can maintain their reputations, protect their trade secrets and how deep the employer can exercise its self-governance power into employees’ private time will be outlined in a new environment where opinions and information are open to a wide public. Course Objective: 1. Understand the characteristics of the labour relationships in the new era and the development trends, through the presentation of the most recent cases; 2. Identify every link with E-HR and new types of legal risks in the management of electronic evidence, through the summary of judicial cases; 3.
