Due Menu`: uno occidentale, l`altro cinese. Il primo pensato da Gaia Gaja, il secondo dal celebre sommelier cinese Lu Yang. Importanti vini della cantina piemontese saranno serviti prima senza cibo, quindi accompagnati da otto diverse portate. L`evento nasce per dimostrare (e testare insieme agli ospiti) la versatilita` del nebbiolo, capace di donare vini al tempo stesso potenti ma eleganti, tannici e raffinati. Con la speranza che anche il pubblico cinese possa apprezzare sempre di piu` l`unicita` dei vini italiani.
