The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce, together with River Delta Law Firm, is glad to invite you to a one-side seminar aimed at presenting and analyzing the Managing Labour Relationships in the Era of Internet and New Media.The lecture is based on the new issues arising in the Management of the Labour Relationships in the Internet and New Media era and it also discusses the new innovative thoughts on the work of enterprises in the Human Resource Management by offering analyses of practical cases. Moreover, the seminar will focus on the new type of legal risks and labour disputes related to e-HR software system which is developing constant changes in the traditional thinking of every HR professional Management. Effective solution on how enterprises can maintain their reputations, protect their trade secrets and how they can properly deal with collective disputes will be outlined in a new environment where opinions and information are open to a wide public.
