On September 5th the Seminar Visa Regulation 2017 Update organized by the CICC took place in Suzhou kindly hosted by Suzhou Village.
The event has been a success in participation and a significant help for those companies, both Italians and Chinese ones, which have to deal with VISA regulations, a primary importance topic today.
A big contribution comes from the speeches held by Rosanna Terminio, Managing Partner at AsecorpChina, who introduce an in-sights on new policies on working VISA for foreigners in China and by Chiara Bertucco, Account Executive from Fesco Adecco, who brought a focus about the evolution of Chinese labor market.
During their intervention, the speakers underlines how human resources and VISA regulations represent a relevant issues due to the continuous changes in the legislation, about which companies have to be properly updated and to which they must adapt their procedures.
We had the pleasure to host Mr. Yuguang Tao (Vice Chief of Foreign Affair Office Suzhou Municipal Government) and Mr. Jianwen Jing (Capitan of Division of exit-entry administration of the Suzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau).
Mr. Jin approached the topic in a clear and comprehensive way and managed to clarify the audience doubts by answering all the questions asked by the Chinese HR managers who were present. He also shown his willingness to better understand Italian companies` necessities in the area of Suzhou.
Another outstanding contribution was given by the event`s special guest, the Deputy Consul at Consulate General of Italy in Shanghai Bartolomeo Lamonarca, who presented all the features and procedures for the obtaining of business VISAs. In his speech, he also anticipated the editing of the White List, a very meaningful and significant project in which the Chamber is deeply involved and willing to show its utter commitment.
During a final Q&A session all the issue has been analyzed in details with special attention to specific cases and particularly complicated ones.
Due to the great interest shown by all participants, the CICC wishes to thank all those who joined the event and in particular all the guests who helped in developing the topic.
