Dear Members and Friends of CICC,
On September 2nd, 2020, Paolo Bazzoni, Chairman of CICC and Li Guang, Vice President of Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Investment Invitation Group, visited Saic Fiat Powertrain Hongyan Co., Ltd. (SFH) together with CICC Board Member Mr. Gianluca Luisi, and attended the tripartite meeting organized by the high level management team of SFH.
The event was opened with the welcome greetings by Federico Gaiazzi, General Manager of SFH, who addressed a brief introduction of Saic Fiat Powertrain Hongyan Co., Ltd.
Afterwards, Li Guang shared the conduct economic impacts of the COVID-19 epidemic in Liangjiang. Through the rapid resumption of work and production under the cooperation of the government and enterprises, in the first half of this year the GDP of Liangjiang New Area's direct management increased by 4.8% YOY, ranked 1st among 19 national new areas of China.
During the meeting, Paolo Bazzoni underlined the efficiency of the meeting in SFH Chongqing Plant with LiangJiang New Area leaders and CICC, aiming to enhancing and improving the further support by local government and to boosting the future business growth for the Italian successful Key Companies in the territory.
