The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce is now calling for candidates for the elections of one Coordinator and one Vice-Coordinator of the Sport and Tourism Working Group (STWG).
The elected candidates will be announced online on March 11th, 2025.
CANDIDACY PROCESS
We invite interested candidates to present their candidacy by filling in the form (available by scanning the QR Code below) and sending it to elezioni2025@cameraitacina.com together with a scan of the proof of residence and a short biography with a picture by February 28th at 18:00 (Beijing time). We remind that candidates must be regularly enrolled as CICC Members for the year 2025.

VOTING
Each CICC Member may vote for one candidate for Coordinator and one candidate for Vice-Coordinator. All Members subscribed to the Sport and Tourism Working Group will receive an email on March 3rd via the Election Runner platform to cast their vote. The voting will close on March 7th at 18:00 (Beijing time).
According to the Working Groups’ General Rules, the elected Coordinator and Vice-Coordinator will stay in charge for two years, from March 2025 to March 2027.

CICC Working Groups
The Working Groups bring together representatives of companies operating in the same sector or located in the same geographical area. The aim is to share information, resources, and ideas, organize relevant activities for the companies, and build sectorial expertise within the CICC to attract interest both in China and in Italy to benefit companies do not present on Chinese territory yet.
About Sport and Tourism Working Group (STWG)
The Sport and Tourism Working Group (STWG), under the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) umbrella, has been established in 2020 merging the Sport Working Group (SWG) and the Italy China Travel Club (ICTC).
This Working Group includes all the companies operating in the sport and tourism sectors, such as the design and engineering studio, sport equipment manufacturers, sport facilities developers, sport-related services companies, operators and promotion agencies, accommodations and service providers and cooperates with Italian private and public tourism sector both in Italy and in China.
The aim is promoting the know-how and the quality of Italian sport companies and products in China and promoting Italy as a travel destination to the Chinese audience.
