On Friday 27 September, the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) had the pleasure of organizing, together with its Young Professionals Network, a Networking aperitif. The event was aimed at welcoming the new students, who recently arrived in Shanghai in the various universities, such as Tongji University and Zhejiang University, introducing them to the Chamber and the working group dedicated to them: the Young Professionals.
The event was attended by 60 people, including young students and Chamber Members and Non-Nembers companies. A short presentation was held with Giada Piccinini, Chamber treasurer, Pasquale Pometti, YP Network Coordinator, and Rosanna Terminio, Founder of AsecorpChina Business Consulting, who held an interesting informative talk on the requirements for young people to work in China.
The event was kindly hosted by Funkadeli, a renowned venue in downtown Shanghai and meeting point for many expats, which served an excellent aperitif with a wide range of drinks, bruschettas and tigelle.
CICC would like to thank all the participants of the event, its three speakers who took part in the presentation and all the staff at Funkadeli for their cooperation.

The “China-Italy Young Professionals Network (中Y意)“ is a group – within the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) – that represents young professionals and students from different nationalities (up to 30 years old). CICC Young Professional Members are like-minded individuals with a strong interest in cultivating professional and personal development and growing their careers in China.
The group aims at providing young professionals with a platform to share ideas and resources, career insights and organize relevant activities with the support of the Chamber and its network.
