POST EVENT: Webinar on Covid-19 South China situation – 9th March,2020

Dear Members and Friends,

China-Italy Chamber of Commerce is glad to inform you that the Webinar on Covid-19 South China situation was successfully held on 9th March, 2020.

The webinar aimed at sharing the impact of COVID-19 on the Italian business community in South China and at introducing the results and analysis of the CICC Survey “The impact of the COVID-19”. Moreover, the webinar offered a scientific overview on the novel coronavirus on the legal and psychological aspects of the outbreak.

The webinar saw the participation of Mrs. Alice Rubini, Consul of Italy in Guangzhou, who provided a brief update on the situation focusing on the Italian institutions, and Mrs Cecilia Costantino, Director  of Italian Trade Agency in Guangzhou, who shared an overview of the Italian Trade Agency’s (ICE) activities and services.

The meeting was moderated by Romina Di Martino, CICC Guangzhou Office Manager, and featured the following topics and speakers:

• “CICC Survey ‘The impact of the COVID-19’”: Executive Analysis of Results”, by Massimiliano Guelfo, CICC Vice-Chairman Guangzhou

• “P.R.C. INCENTIVES during COVID-19”, by Franco Fornari, International Partner, Wang Jing & GH Law Firm 

• “Leadership and communication to manage the Covid-19 crisis”, by Emanuele Gatti, psychological counsellor and mindfulness instructor.

After, four CICC Member companies shared their companies’ situation and experience as casa study, the speakers and companies as followed:

The webinar was followed by a Q&A session during which participants had the opportunity to ask their questions to the presenters.
