Mechanical Engineering Working Group (MEWG) Vice Coordinators Elections

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is pleased to call a meeting on May 31st, 2023 to elect two Vice Coordinators of the Mechanical Engineering Working Group (MEWG). 

As a rule, Vice Coordinators' positions are renewed every two years. Due to the circumstances, the newly elected Vice Coordinators will inherit the mandate that was established in the last electoral cycle. Consequently, they will be in charge until June 2024.

Please note that the voting process will take place exclusively online. More details can be found below.

1. Candidacy Process
Hereby, we cordially invite you to present your candidacy by filling in the form (available here) and sending it to elezioni2023@cameraitacina.com together with a scan of the residence permit, a short biography, and a headshot, within May 12th, at 6:00 PM (Beijing time).

The Vice Coordinators must be representatives of Members of CICC 2023.

Applications for the roles have to be presented and then formally announced at least 15 days before the day of the election.

2. Voting Process
Upon candidates’ list publication, each participant can vote for max n.1 candidate for Vice Coordinator by sending an e-mail to elezioni2023@cameraitacina.com within 24 hours before the elections (proxies are not accepted). All ballots are kept confidential and must be submitted electronically by e-mail. All members of the MEWG who completed the membership process more than 10 days before the date of the elections will be entitled to vote.
