A Fusion of Thai Gastronomic Delight and Culture

Thai cuisine has been gaining popularity worldwide. It is considered the most delicious among the world, with a unique blend of tastes consisting of hot, sour, sweet, and always highlighted with natural and healthy herbs. From 11th to 20th August, The Ritz-Carlton, Beijing collaborates with Thai Embassy to invite Guest Chef Nueng from Phulay Bay, A Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Thailand, to showcase authentic Thai flavors highlighting especially his most popular 10 dishes at Aroma, which are also recognized by CNN.

During the following 10 days, Chef Nueng will craft a rich selection of classic Thai dishes. He will bring along selected fresh ingredients and sauces to create most delicious journey through Thai kitchen. Such as different kinds of curries, fresh larb runa, Tom Yum Soup on top of many other Thai food classics, pairs with special Thai mojitos. You don’t have to travel far to satisfy your desire for authentic Thai food. Your culinary experience will be enriched by all kinds of Thai crafted decoration and music to create a truly exotic atmosphere. In addition we also invited a popular hand drawing painter, Phithan Thechaniti, who will design colorful visuals.

                   

Guests will also have a chance to win a round trip business class tickets for two persons from Beijing to Krabi by Thai Airways, together with a 3 nights stay at Phulay Bay Ritz-Carlton Reserve. Also the first 300 guests will receive a special souvenir by HARNN, which is a well-known Thai natural care brand.

Lunch - RMB368 net per person, including soft drink, coffee and tea;

Dinner - RMB448 net per person, including chilled juice, soft drink, coffee and tea;

Brunch - Start from RMB618 net per person, including red and white wine, draft beer, chilled juice, soft drink, coffee and tea;
