The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce is glad to invite you the following event “Mastering Business Maturity, Navigating Business Change”, organized by Hawksford and co-organized by Santander and Bank of China, on 18th of April 2019.

The event offers a masterclass for CFOs, Heads of Finance and Project Managers who have successfully grown their business operations in China to a mature and stable position, where a new phase of growth and capital input is going to be experienced. Join Hawksford, Banco Santander and Bank of Shanghai to discuss how to plan and navigate the next phase of your business’ maturity.

 

Speakers

Sue Miao, Head of International Desk, Banco Santander

Sue Miao is in charge of International Desk at Banco Santander in China, her responsibility includes supporting international companies and their subsidiaries in their development strategy in China with a focus on the related banking product such as cash payment, FX, credit and trade finance amongst others. She joined China’s International Desk as an integral part of the Banco Santander team in September 2018. Graduated from Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade in 2009, she speaks English, Japanese and Mandarin. She has worked in HSBC China for two years as a Relationship Manager for Commercial Banking clients and over six years of experience in her previous employment at the Mizuho Bank, where she served Multinational companies since 2010.

 

Elaine Feng, International Desk, Bank of Shanghai

Elaine Feng has a varied experience across different areas of International Business Department at Bank of Shanghai, having worked at Trade Finance and Financial Institution Relationship teams. Since 2015, Elaine works for International Desk Team, within the collaborative Strategic Partnership with Banco Santander, helping overseas companies on-board in China and supporting them with their  financial needs. Prior to this, she was seconded to Bank of Shanghai Hong Kong limited between 2013 and 2014, where she helped establish the China Business team and foment cross-border business.

 

Fabio Stella, China Head of Sales and Business Development, Hawksford

Fabio graduated in International Law, business and politics before moving to China in 2012 for a course on Intellectual Property (IP) and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) at Peking University. He started his career at the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (where he is now Board Director) and overseas Guangzhou & Shenzhen offices while heading China’s Business Development activities.
