Under the strategic guidance of the leaders of the Shanghai government, the Commission of Commerce is willing to further expand the space for cooperation in fields such as commerce, science and technology, and industry. The Commission aims to promote cultural exchanges and friendly personnel exchanges, playing a greater role in the development of bilateral relations at the local level.
