CICC IQLC Seminar on Job Trends Analysis, Shanghai

On May 14, 2025, the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC), together with its Italian Quality and Lifestyle Council (IQLC), in collaboration with Galileo Global Education Italia, successfully delivered an exclusive seminar titled: “Job Trends Analysis: Discover the Future of Talent in the Luxury and Lifestyle Industry”, held at Istituto Marangoni in Shanghai. The event saw the participation of General Managers, HR leaders, and industry decision-makers, who delved into the emerging talent trends in the luxury and lifestyle sector.

 

 

The event started with a brief introduction by Mauro Maggioni, Vice Chairman of the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce, Eastern China and Yingting Chen, Chief Operating Officer, China & Asia-Pacific at Istituto Marangoni. Donato Medici, CEO of Galileo Global Education Italia, delivered a presentation on the emerging roles, required skills, and evolving recruitment trends in the luxury and lifestyle sectors. His insightful speech paved the way for an interactive discussion with the 30 participants and some remarkable professionals: Lily Yang, Head of HR Prada Group, China, Samanta Zhang, HR Director of Valentino Greater China, Mauro Maggioni and Yingting Cheng.

 

 

The event concluded with a networking session, during which the attendees had the chance to share their experiences and connect, while enjoying an appetizing buffet.
