We are proud to inform You that SCM Fonderie, a company part of the SCM Group SpA, has just delivered an important supplying order of drive gear boxes to Alstom Transport China which are going to equip the Chinese high-speed train CRH5.
Due to the very high mechanical standards requested by the world’s fastest train, the technology of the SCM foundry in Villa Verucchio (Rimini) was a mandatory choice. This latest success joins the good sales performance achieved by SCM Group in China in the first half of 2010. These results are helping the Group to quickly recover from the crisis: on a global size, the SCM Group sees an increase of order in-taking of 66%. The SCM Group – world’s leader manufacturer of automatic machinery for wood, glass, marble, plastic, steel and composite material – has been present in China since ‘90s, with offices in Shenzhen and Beijing.
