"China Outbound Tourism Analysis - Market Structure and Trend" Lecture, November 3rd, 2016_Post Event

Dear Members and Friends of CICC,

On November 3rd 2016, the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce, in cooperation with the Embassy of Italy in the P.R.C., the Italy China Travel Club (ICTC), and Ivy Alliance Tourism Consulting, organized the "China Outbound Tourism Analysis - Market Structure and Trend" Lecture, held at the Italian Institute of Culture. The event started with the welcome speeches by Massimo Gaudiano, First Secretary of the Consular Chancery, and Sergio Bertasi, Chairman of the CICC, followed by Karim Al Wadi, Coordinator of the ICTC, who introduced the Working Group activities and stressed its importance in this industry.

The main speaker of the event was Wang Xinjun, one of the major drafters of China outbound policies and currently CEO of Ivy Alliance Tourism Consulting. The presentation was focused on the current trend of the Chinese outbound tourism, its main features, and the different key aspects of the Chinese tourism market. More than 40 representatives of Italian and Chinese companies from the tourism industry attended the lecture, as to underline the great value of the insights provided by this event.
