Charter Flight to China | Notice on Booking Procedure

Dear all,

We would like to inform you that the booking procedure for the charter flight to Tianjin will open on Monday, August 30th.

Those who previously applied on our website will receive the login credentials by email, thus to proceed with the booking and payment directly on the NEOS website (www.neosair.it).

 

PRIORITY FOR CICC MEMBERS

Priority booking will be given to CICC Members (August 30th-31st), followed by Italian citizens (September 1st-3rd) and Friends of CICC (September 4th-5th). Booking will proceed then, until seats are available, till September 8th included (Italian time). The rationale used for bookings will be the “first come, first served” principle.

 

 

Please note that the login credentials are of exclusive use of the applicant. Please do not disclose them.

 

Details shared in the registration must be the same used for the tickets’ booking. In case of discrepancies, tickets will be automatically cancelled.

We inform the flight passengers that due to the regulations currently in place exclusively for charter flights landing in China, two RT-PCR covid swab will be required (72h and 36h before departure), plus a IgM antibody test (36h before departure). Please refer to the Chinese Embassy’s website for the full list of the analysis centers designated by the Chinese Authorities.

We also invite passengers to continuously monitor the “consular services” web page of the Chinese Embassy in Italy for last-minute updates (http://it.china-embassy.org/ita/lqgz/).

We remind all passengers that they must be in possession of the documents required by competent Chinese Authorities to enter China, including all additional and specific documents required during the epidemic period. 

 

IMPORTANT

All passengers bear full responsibility to contact directly the preferred analysis centers to fix their appointments and to obtain the diagnostic results in time for the flight.

 

Passengers that fail to provide the above-mentioned documents before boarding will not be granted access to the plane and will not be entitled to any ticket refund.

In case of positive results to the COVID-19 tests, the passenger will not be allowed to board the plane. In this instance, the passenger will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
