CALL FOR TENDERS | Food and Drink Fair, March 25-27, 2025

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is glad to inform you that the 112th Food and Drink Fair will be held in Chengdu from March 25th to 27th, 2025. In this year's fair, with the support of the Consulate General of Italy in Chongqing, CICC will assess the possibility of building an Italian National Pavilion based on the interests of exhibitors.

We hereby issue the announcement to recruit a service provider of the Italian National Pavilion that can provide the following services:

• Cooperation contract signing with COFCO Exhibition (Beijing) Co., Ltd;
• Service contract signing with the exhibitors and responsible for all communication details with them;
• Overall design of the Italian Pavilion;
• Exposition set-up, maintenance and return to the original state;
• Photography and video shooting services;
• Related logistic services for transporting Exhibits;
• Provision of related services required by exhibitors.

APPLICATION PROCESS

• Send an email, including your company's presentation and the application form to infochengdu@cameraitacina.com by December 24th, 2024, at 18:00.
• CICC will contact you regarding the details of the event.
• After evaluating the quotation, CICC will give you feedback regarding the result.

PARTICIPATION TERMS

• Participation in tendering is open to CICC Members and non-Members.
• Companies competing in the tender must have the necessary knowledge and experience and have the technical support and personnel capable of running the tender.
• Each company can submit only one tender.
• The tender is to be drafted in Italian or English, completed, and signed.
• It is the responsibility of the tenderer to study the specification and requirements before submitting the tender.
• For each exhibitor who registers through the Call for Participants initiated by the CICC, the winning service provider of the Italian Pavilion will be required to pay to the CICC 15% of the booth price as a service fee for the work carried out by the CICC before, during, and after the exhibition.

EVALUATION CRITERIA

• The selection of the supplier will be made according to the event's requirements and the lowest bid price received.
• The cooperation experience with the Italian National Pavilion in the previous FDF will be considered a plus.

EXCLUSION FROM TENDER

• In case of not meeting the conditions of the tendering process.
• In case of non-conformity with the hereby open call for tender.
• In case of submitting false data.
• Late submission.

The results of the tendering shall be announced by email after proper evaluation.
