Call for Elective General Meeting

​Dear Members, 

You are kindly invited to attend the Elective Annual General Meeting summoned on Friday 8 April 2016 at 9 a.m. in Beijing at the Auditorium of the Italian Cultural Office (2, San Li Tun Dong Er Jie) with the following 

Agenda

1. Welcoming speech
2. President and Treasures’s annual report
3. Approval of 2015 final balance (audited)
4. Updates on budget plan and on activities plan for 2016
5. Outlines of the candidacies for the posts
6. Elections
7. Results of the elections and installation of the Board for the 2016-2017 period

All candidacies must be submitted by 12:00 a.m. of 24 March at the following e-mail address: info@cameraitacina.com

The Secretary General, after verifying that the election regulations’ requirements are properly fulfilled, will disclose the list of candidacies on the CICC website by 26 March.

Attendance must be confirmed by Wednesday 6 April, via email to info@cameraitacina.com.

According to the CICC Articles of Association, art. 11 (10), each Member can hold only three proxies that will be – in any case – given in writing.
Here you can find the proxy form to delegate. It must be sent by Wednesday 6 April via email to info@cameraitacina.com.

Only 2016 Members are entitled to vote. Members who still have not settled the 2016 Membership can pay the annual fee by cash upon registration for the Assembly, starting from 08:30 a.m.

From Monday 4 April, 09:00 a.m. to Thursday 7 April, 18:00 p.m. Members may cast their approval for the 2015 final balance (audited) and selection of Board candidates in advance by e-voting. The summary of the 2015 final balance and related graphs will be downloadable since 28 March.

The Assembly will be held in Italian.
