With reference to the Chairman’s announcement published on Sept. 29th, the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is pleased to inform you that the 2013 Membership Campaign is open.
According to the Articles of Association, the Membership runs from Jan.1st to Dec.31st 2013.
For new Members, the 2013 Membership (including the right to benefit from our services and to exercise any social rights) will be exceptionally effective since the moment of subscription.
The Membership fees have not changed compared to 2012:
Ordinary Members fee: RMB 2500 Supporting Members fee: RMB 5000
FOR NEW MEMBERS:
We invite New Members to visit the Join the Chamber! page on our website and follow the instructions to fill the application form.
Once filled and saved it, in order to complete the application procedure New Members should print, sign (Legal Representative signature), chop and send us by fax or email a copy of the application form, as well as the documents that – according to the Company’s status – are necessary for the application.
FOR RENEWED MEMBERS:
We invite Renewed Members to log-in on our website: from the page My CICC – Update Profile section it will be possible to update the application form.
Once filled and saved it, in order to complete the application procedure Renewed Members should print, sign (Legal Representative signature), chop and send us by fax or email a copy of the application form, as well as the documents that – according to the Company’s status – are necessary for the application, unless they have already been sent to us.
NEW CICC ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION
We would like to remind you that all the Members registered as Representative Offices or Enterprises Registred in China and Italian or Foreign Citizens Resident in China will be asked, during the application procedure, to approve on-line the New CICC Articles of Association. The Articles of Association will be downloadable from the Membership Details section, while filling the application form.
The votes expressed online will be considered as valid for the formal endorsement of the New Articles of Association, edited according to Assocamerestero directives, that will take place during the General Assembly of CICC, summoned on January 11th, 6.00 p.m., at the Auditorium of the Italian Institute of Culture in Beijing.
