2010 China(Shengze) Fabrics Trade Fair

China-Italy Chamber of Commerce is glad to inform you about the opening ceremony of “2010 China(Shengze) Fabrics Trade Fair”, organized by China Council for the promotion of International Trade, Suzhou Committee and China East Silk Market Management Committee, to be held at 9:00am, October 21^st, 2010.

Suzhou Shengze is the largest silk fabrics production base in China. Traditional saying goes, “10,000 bolts of silk produces daily in Suzhou satisfy the needs of the whole country.” It enjoys the fame of “Silk Capital”. Through the unceasing equipments update, technological transformation and new products development of many enterprises, there are increasingly more and more various types of new fabrics. China Ease Silk Market is world-wide known as a textile collecting and distributing centre, as well as an information acquisition and diffusion base. According to the data from National Bureau of Statistics, with its business volume of RMB 63 billion , China East Silk Market kept its first among ten national fabric and textile markets in 2009.

Fabrics research and development is the new highlight of the textile industry in Shengze. On this fabrics trade fair, we will publish the latest fashion trends of textile fabrics, hold up a full display of new fabric products and organize guests to visit the exhibition hall of China fashion fabrics.
