Job description:

Follow-up of President’s business activities in China, in cooperation with his Executive Assistant, for the development of Company’s Projects in China.
Follow-up of his business activities in Europe, in cooperation with his Italian P.A. working in the Company’s Offices in Barcelona.
For his educational activities in Universities for B.A. and MBA students, organize his Seminars and Conferences, and accompany him to the Events. Coordinate with his Art Director the design of the related posters and fliers.
Collaborate to a new initiative, under study, for the setting up of an online weekly or monthly Program, aimed to connecting with a large audience and a high number of followers.
On a regular basis, send to his PA in Barcelona information (DVDs and photos) about his Seminars and Events in China for the updates of his website.
Organize the editing and the publication of his upcoming books.
Manage the assigned help-secretary for the performance of all secretarial tasks and responsibilities.
Coordinate the team of collaborators in the Sectors of Health and Lifestyle.

The working locations:

Shanghai/Pudong: 6-7 months per year
Sanya/Hainan: 2-3 months per year
Barcelona and Milan: 1-2 months per year

Education Background:

Higher education background
Organized, details oriented, committed and responsible
Independent, capable of working autonomously
Spirit of initiative, motivated and passionate
Balanced, positive and pleasant personality
Experience in a similar position, or as Executive Assistant or in Project Management
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
A high knowledge of Mandarin will be highly considered
Non-smoker and non-drinker, already living or ready to embrace a healthy lifestyle
available to travel and spend periods in China and abroad
aged around 30-35
