JOB DESCRIPTION

Assist the Head of Desk in managing the customer portfolio, mainly represented by local (Chinese) subsidiaries of Italian and other International groups

Department/Group: Corporate Dept

Reporting Line: Senior Relationship Manager/Head of Desk

The job involves the following activities:

• preparation of new proposals/review of credit facilities, including analysis of financial statements and financial ratios,legal documentation (Credit agreements, loan contracts) and checking supporting documentation required by local banking regulation
• business development, scouting for new relationships among Chinese subsidiaries of Italian and other International groups for loans, deposits and other banking products
• ensure that portfolio clients’ transactions performed through our bank respect local regulations
• assist management in monitoring/handling the customer portfolio and support the daily business required by customers;
• prepare statistics and reporting data required by local authorities, local management and Head Office
• liaise with the Italian and other foreign network and Head Office for marketing and monitoring of business for Italian and International customers

Relationship with the customers:

1. assist existing / potential customer’s requests;
2. meeting with potential / existing customers;
3. obtaining credit information and clarification from customers
4. complete other tasks assigned by senior management related to the position
