The webinar aims to prepare foreign companies operating in the manufacturing sector looking for Chinese business partners.

During this session, the CICC Mechanical Engineering Working Group will discuss with our experts which are the most important aspects to be considered while selecting a business partner in China, including the necessary background checks, different (legal) forms of cooperation, financial transaction, Merger, Acquisition and Taxation - Financial Due Diligence and Company Evaluation on Target Partner.

Background

The main goal of the webinar is to provide adequate tools to companies participating in the B2B activities scheduled in April (date tbc), in Shanghai, during the CREATIVE WORLD LEADS THE FUTURE – China-Europe SME Innovation Cooperation and Development Forum. The forum and B2B Matchmaking are organized by the Shanghai Municipality with the intent to foster cooperation and working opportunities between European and Chinese SMEs. The process will be managed by Shanghai SME Department which will search and propose to the applicant company the best choice and other potential partners for the purpose stated in the application.
