The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) and its Human Resources Working Group (HRWG) are pleased to invite you to the first seminar “Learning from the Bees: Biomimicry for Leadership, Governance, and Organizations”, to be held on Tuesday, October 21st, 2025, from 17:00 to 20:00 at Junto, Shanghai (No. 58 Yanping Road, Jing'an District - 静安区延平路58号).
Why participate?
The aim of the event, the first organized by the HR working group, is to provide the audience with best practices about people management within organizations learning from the bees behavior. Moreover, the HR working group and its activities will be presented. Through the lens of biomimicry (learning from nature to solve human challenges), the seminar will explore what organizations can learn from the collective intelligence, communication, and adaptability of bee colonies. Participants will discover how these natural principles can enhance resilience, collaboration, and purpose-driven leadership in human organizations.

About the venue
JUNTO, a new craft beer space, has taken over the former Mikkeller location in Jing’an, carrying on its predecessor’s spirit with a well-curated beer selection and community-driven events. The tap list caters to all tastes, from easy-going daily brews to options made for beer nerds. They recently hosted Beijing’s SlowBoat, Guangzhou’s crazy bear pop-up, with more events on the horizon—including a monthly beer residency (showcasing a different brewery each month), pet-friendly weekend markets, football tournaments, day time also open for work and coffee.
