Mr. Lin Kening, the Chief and partner of Sinoreality CPAs, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Tax Agent (CTA). He acted as examiner in taxation laws paper of The National Examination of CPA. He instructed the Chinese tax laws for various enterprises. He managed and performed tax saving proposal, investment forecast, transfer pricing scheme, and business restructure for lots of foreign invested enterprises for many years.
