Member General Meeting

The Members of the China - Italy Chamber of Commerce are kindly invited to attend the Elective Annual General Meeting, which will be held on 7^th April 2008, Monday, at 9:00 am, at the Signature Ballroom of the Hilton Hotel in Beijing (1, Dong Fang, North Dong San Huan Rd., 100027 Beijing, Tel: 010-58655000) with the following:

2. Chairman and Secretary General`s 2007 CICC Activities Report
3. Welcoming speech by Mr. Antonio Laspina (tbc)
4. 2007 Financial Report
5. 2007 Auditors` Report
6. Budget and Activity Program for the year 2008
7. Presentation of the candidacies for the posts
8. Election of the CICC posts
9. Discussion about the new CICC Articles of Association

Members wishing to attend the Elective Annual General Meeting are asked to complete and return the enclosed form at this e-mail address by 1^st April 2008.

Members are hereby reminded that, according to Art. 11 of the CICC Articles of Association, each Member can hold only one proxy that shall be given in writing (click here to download the proxy form).

Only the Members who already renewed their membership for the year 2008 are entitledto vote. Those Members who still have not settled the 2008 Membership may pay the annual fee upon registration, which will start at 8:30 am, on the day when the Elective Annual General Meeting is held.

Members are reminded that electronic voting will be available through our website from 28^th March to 6^th April inclusive.
