Participants are welcome to bring new and second hand books to be exchanged with other participants or donated to the NGO the Library Project which provide books to children in rural China. There will be an area dedicated to the exchange and donation of books during the whole event.
The event will also host theatre and dance performances, a reading corner and live music. The guest will have chance to enjoy a giant "Paella" and Spanish `tapas` prepared live by our special guest and multi awarded Spanish chef Joan Burgues and win one of the many prices at the final Lucky Draw.
Schedule: 12pm - 1pm: Reception 1pm - 2pm: "Paella" cooking show 2pm - 3pm: Presentation of NGO The Library Project" + book auction + children books collection 3pm - 4pm: Theatre and dance performances 4pm - 5pm: Lucky Draw
Ticket for adults includes: 2 Spanish wine glasses, 1 "paella" dish, Spanish `tapas` and 1 ticket for Lucky Draw.
Ticket for children and students includes: 1 "paella" dish, Spanish `tapas`, water an 1 ticket for Lucky Draw.
Pre sales preferential offers: Buy 4 adult tickets, get one additional; or Buy 2 adult tickets, get 1 children; or Buy 3 student tickets, get 1 additional.
