Brouwerij De Halve Maan, home to Brugse Zot, Straffe Hendrik and Blanche de Bruges, is located in the heart of Bruges, Belgium.
Since the early beginnings in 1856, brewing is an art that was passed down from generation to generation. Today, Xavier Vanneste is the sixth generation of De Halve Maan. 
In 2016 De Halve Maan constructed a unique underground beer pipeline that connects the historic brewery with the new bottling plant.
