The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is pleased to announce that it will once again be present at the China International Consumer Products Expo in Haikou (Hainan Province) with a collective of Italian companies, to represent the best of the Italian lifestyle!

Marking its fourth edition, the Hainan expo will be held from April 13th until April 18th, 2024 at the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center. It is hosted by the Ministry of Commerce of P.R.C. and the People's Government of Hainan Province, organized by the Trade Development Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce and the Hainan Provincial Bureau of International Economic Development.

The expo ranks as one of the most important trade fairs in China, designed to facilitate access to the Chinese market for high-end, quality global brands. It takes place not surprisingly in Hainan, a rapidly expanding area of China, and is a key event for the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port and an important platform for global high-end consumer products to showcase and trade.



For the 2024 edition, CICC will have about 100 square meters dedicated to displaying high-end, flagship products of the made-in-Italy lifestyle excellence. The pavilion will be in Hall 2, dedicated to jewelry, diamonds, coloured gemstones, pearls, gold, platinum, and other jewelry and fashion items such as watches, clothing, bags, shoes, etc.



Companies operating in the high-quality jewelry, clothing, lifestyle products, fashion, high-end collections willing to display their unique products.

Terms and conditions for participating in the collective of Italian companies.

  • CICC Member Price and Special price for Italian companies not yet present in China: 45,000 RMB*
  • Non Member Price: 50,000 RMB


What is included in the price?

  • Bare space
  • Setup for a 3*3 sqm booth within the Italian collective
  • Unified graphics and support in customizing the space
  • Use of the common area for corporate presentations
  • Communication and visibility pre-event, during the event and post-event (dedicated WeChat posts with company logo exposure and dedicated articles on CCIC's WeChat account)
  • Media Coverage during the expo: interviews and visibility of media that will attend the expo
  • Invitations to participate in activities with business networking opportunities that will be organized on the sidelines of the expo
  • *CICC Membership fee included both in the Non-Member price (50.000 RMB) and in the standard price (45.000 RMB) for those companies not yet present in China and entering the Chinese market.

2) CICC will contact you regarding the details of the event;

3) After a careful evaluation, CICC will give you feedback with respect to accepting the company's participation.

As the space available is limited, companies will be selected on a first come first served basis, with priority to CICC members, provided the company is in line with the aims of the Italian pavilion being planned.

4) If a company's participation is accepted, there is an advance payment of 100% of the fee to be paid.


The deadline for submitting interest in participation is February 23rd , 2024.



In 2023, a total of more than 320,000 people visited the expo offline, and over 65 countries and regions were represented by the more than 3300 companies exhibiting their products. More than 50,000 exhibitors and purchasers attended the fair covered by more than 200 domestic and foreign media.



Given the central role of Italy in 2023’s edition –Italy has been selected as the Country of Honor, the Expo represented a valuable showcase for Italian companies interested in promoting Made in Italy to the Chinese public.



The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce, in its role as an aggregator and coordinator of Italian companies has set up a Company Pavilion covering 260 sqm, which was part of the Italian National Pavilion, organized in synergy with the Embassy of Italy to the P.R.C., the Consulate General of Italy in Guangzhou and ITA - Italian Trade Agency.

Attending the opening ceremony was Undersecretary of State for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Government Maria Tripoldi.

As many as 28 Italian brands were involved, more than 25 company presentations organized10 masterclasses and 4 informative seminars.
