The China Italy Chamber of Commerce is glad to invite you to join the seminar "Best Practices for EU SMEs in China`s Food & Beverage Industry-Customs, Labelling and IP Issues" organized by the EU SME Centre and IPR SME Centre.

 

The panel discussion  will be held at Beijing Marriott Northeast Hotel on December 3rd 2013.


Since China became the world’s largest importer of agricultural products in 2012, opportunities for European F&B companies will continue to increase.
In This context EU SME Centre and IPR SME Helpdesk are organizing the panel discussion on how EU SMEs can manage their F&B business successfully in China.

 

Aspects discussed will include:


• Who are the key players in the customs process, what are the key legislations and standards in China?
• Labelling requirements for food & beverages to be sold in the Chinese market.
• How to protect and enforce your IPR in China’s F&B Industry.
• Lesson learned, best practices and tips for a smooth import into China.


You will receive practical advice from China experts and have the opportunity to attend a one-on-one consultation session to discuss your individual questions.

To ensure you have a chance to meet with the experts, please book your session in advance by indicating your interest when you register. Please specify the nature of your question and the expert you wish to book a session with. The One-on-One consultations are open to European SMEs on a first-come, first-served basis. Any information you provide to the EU SME Centre and the China IPR SME Helpdesk with be treated as confidential.


This event is open to all EU SMEs and intermediaries such as members of commerce, embassies and trade promotion agencies.
