"The Authentic Italian Table" June 13th, Shanghai - Invitation to the Public

Dear Members and Friends,

Within the project "True Italian Taste​", promoted and financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and carried out by Assocamerestero in collaboration with the Italian Chambers of Commerce abroad to enhance and safeguard the authentic Italian food product, the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is glad to announce that on the 13th of June the event "The Authentic Italian Table" will be held in Shanghai​.

The one-day event is open to experts in the F&B sector, and aims at promoting and tasting authentic Italian food.

We are glad to inform you that the door will be open to the public at 2:00 PM.

• Location: The Langham Shanghai, Xintiandi, 3rd Floor
• Time: Door open to the public at 2 pm

• 2:15-3:15 Roundtable "The Authentic Italian Food is: certified, local and traditional, healthy and genuine"
• 2:30-3:30 Blind wine tasting (for selected guests only)
• 3:15-5:30 Interactive activities involving brands: pizza workshop, show cooking, pastry chef show, bartender performances
• 5:30-6:00 Quiz + Lucky draw on the stage
• 6:00-6:30 Ending
