3rd CICC Guangdong - Goes Kart Race, June 29th 2013 - errata corrige

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce is glad to invite you to attend the 3rd CICC Guangdong - Goes Kart Race in Zhuhai, to be held on June 29th 2013 at the Zhuhai International Circuit (ZIC) - Hagongda Road, Jinding Town, Zhuhai - 珠海市金鼎镇哈工大路珠海国际赛车场

Organized by the CICC with the support of SCM Group China Trading Co Ltd., Wang Jing & Co. Law Firm and Zongshen Piaggio Foshan Motorcycle, the event will be a unique networking and team-building occasion.

SCHEDULE:

08:00 Optional transfer from Guangzhou by bus (Garden Hotel, No.368 Huanshi Dong Road, Guangzhou)
10:30 Arrival at ZIC, registration at the front desk, introduction of event schedule* and driving etiquette
11:30 Free practice and race (participants arranged in groups)**
Qualification**

13:00 Lunch break
14:15 Final race**
16:15 Awarding Ceremony and Lucky Draw
17:00 Return to Guangzhou either by bus or self arranged

*Assistance on site will be provided by ZIC Trainers and Circuit Manager.

** Disclaimer: CICC shall not be deemed responsible in case of any accidents/damages happening to or incurring to or caused by the drivers.

The event is open to Members and Non-Members, racers and non-racers.

Racers must be at least 18 years old.

RACERS TICKETS:

Members – RMB 500/pax

Non-Members – RMB 650/pax

SPECTATORS TICKETS:

RMB 300/pax

Registrations are mandatory and should be done by e-mail, and seats will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis.

Subscription fees are inclusive of transportation costs, access to the event, lunch.
