Post Event - Business Lunch: The Influence of the Late Digital Developments on the Business Strategies in China - Suzhou, 16th November

16 Novembre 2017

Dear Members,

The first SPWG Business Lunch, a new seminar format organized by the CICC Service Providers Working Group (in collaboration with AustCham), took place in Suzhou on November 16th.

The topic of “the influence of digital developments on the business strategies in China” was developed by three speakers with different sub-topics.

Mr. Ervis Micukaj from SSBG and Mr. Simone Ciampi from Exprivia, on behalf of the SPWG, provided an overview on the future of digital co-working programs, focusing on Microsoft Office 365, which turns out to be the most convenient program to use in China (particularly, because among the best ones it does not need VPN); the speech was then concluded with a demo where the speakers gave examples of file sharing implementation, and of various ways to use the platform for practical purposes, such as working simultaneously on the same documents.

Mr. Ryan Molloy from Redfern Associates provided instead a great insight about eCommerce and digitize marketing, highlighting online marketing strategies, the impact and the differences in ecommerce platforms, and how to use them for each different industry.

All this took place during the lunch, which allowed the attendants, in the pauses between the speeches, to network among them and to confront with the speakers in a friendly and chilled atmosphere.

We would like to thank all the participants who took part to this interesting Business Lunch.

We look forward to seeing you at the next event.
