- Develop strategic plans for optimized productivity;
- Improve efficiency and increase profits while managing the overall operations of the company;

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all the activities and resources of the company, generating revenue and controlling costs;
- Oversee day-to-day operations, assign performance goals and accomplish your own goals;
- Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve objectives for sales, profitability,
- and market share;
- Manage and coordinate the manufacturing activities, supply chain, relationship with main suppliers
- and products development;
- Keep relationships with main customers, coordinate sales activities and promote the company
- business and brand awareness;
- Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are effectively accomplished;
- Develop, implement and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans;
- Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values;
- Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all the people involved;
- Make sure that the company complies with all the laws and regulations on chemicals classification, occupational health and safety, as well as the certifications on quality, environment and sustainability.

- Proven success in a managerial role;
- Strong decision-making ability;
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills;
- Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans;
- Ability to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable;
- Strong working knowledge of operational procedures;
- Fluency in English.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business management or chemicals or related field;
- Fluency in Chinese language is a plus;
- Experience in conducting performance evaluations;
- Working knowledge of human-resources processes;
- Budgeting, planning, and strategy skills;
- Problem-solving abilities;
- Business processes and functions knowledge;
- Communication skills;
- Analytical ability.
