Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
2. Develop and implement business development strategies and plans to meet company sales targets.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to foster business growth.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to provide sales support and market intelligence to improve sales efficiency.
5. Build and maintain industry partnerships to expand business scope and market influence.
6. Prepare and submit business proposals, including customized solutions and quotations.
7. Manage business development projects to ensure timely completion and achievement of desired objectives.
8. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
9. Regularly prepare business development reports, analyzing business opportunities and challenges.

Job Requirements:

1. A bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Strong market analysis and strategic planning capabilities.
5. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
6. Good teamwork spirit and leadership abilities.
7. Fluency in English and Chinese.
8. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
9. Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
10. Results-oriented with a strong drive for success.
11. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
12. Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
