Job Description:

• Tax Advisory and Compliance:

Provide comprehensive advice on domestic and international tax matters to a diverse client base.

Ensure clients' tax compliance with Chinese and international regulations, managing tax filings and audits.

• Accounting Services:

Oversee accounting operations, including bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and reporting for clients.

Provide strategic recommendations on financial planning and optimization.

• Corporate Tax Strategies:

Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities and align with business objectives.

Address complex tax scenarios, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations.

• Cross-Border Transactions:

Assist in structuring tax-efficient cross-border investments and business operations.

• Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering tailored advice and solutions.

• Leadership:

Manage and mentor junior staff, fostering professional development and a collaborative work environment.

• Regulatory Updates: Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards, ensuring clients receive accurate and timely guidance.

Requirements:

• Permanent Residence in PRC
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in tax law and accounting; expertise in Chinese and international tax law is highly valued.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
• Cooperative, responsible, self-driven, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
