Triumph Asia is seeking for a Senior Project Manger (event manager), with relevant and previous experience in event management field. Italian prefer~

Responsibilities:

- Projects Management

- Client Brief Management: reports and communication

- Internal and External communication related to the projects

- New projects proposal: concept and presentation

- Vendors coordination

- Budget Management

- Project Schedule and Show flow Management

- Planning the logistics and coordinating the technical aspects before during and after the execution of the projects

- HR Management of project assistants and internships

- Client Relationship Management / Client liaison

- Perform other duties conferred on her/him by the General Manager of Group.

Requirements：

- University degree or above, HSK equal 5 or above

- 5 years of experience in Event/PR/Exhibitions/Fashion

- Strong project management skills with ability to meet strict deadlines

- Able to work independently under high pressure, and have the ability to work autonomously and run multiple projects at the same time

- Strong team spirit and excited to work in a multicultural office

- Strong communication skills and able to work with minimum supervision

- Strong understanding of clients’ requirements

- Chinese mandatory, Fluent in English (spoken, written), Italian languages is a bonus

- Good user of Office Excel/Word/PPT

- Graphic Design & Photoshop skills preferred.
