Description
Key responsabilities:
- Client Engagement: Assist the Sales team in reaching out to clients, understanding their needs, and collecting project requests.
- Business Development: Identify key decision-makers and develop new business opportunities within targeted markets through cold calling, networking events, and high-level prospecting.
- Sales Support: Contribute to the creation of compelling presentations, proposals, and other sales tools to effectively communicate Studio Volpi’s value proposition.
- Process Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project pipelines.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Location: Must be currently based in China.
- Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English (Italian is a strong plus).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proactive Attitude: A self-starter with a strong drive to achieve results and contribute to the team’s success.
- Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales processes, client management, and business development strategies.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience: 3 years+ in Industrial design or related field
