Description
The Ideal Candidate is a seasoned Account Manager/Executive with extensive experience in the Automotive Industry. He/She has worked preferably in a well know International Automotive Brand in Sales/Marketing and has learned how to manage Client’s needs and expectations for the benefit of the Company. He/She possesses exceptional relationship skills and is an entrusted Person for all the Clients and business Partners.
As a plus, the Candidate has also experience in the Supply Chain/Logistic department of the Automotive Industry preferably in the Ro/Ro industry.
The position is based in Shanghai and requires regular travels to visit Clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing existing and potential clients and providing high-quality relationship and results.
- Identify new potential customers.
- Develop project and analysis based on client requirements through internal communication.
- Provide with Marketing Intelligence and Market Insights on the Automotive Business.
- Handle exceptions, customer requests, issues, and complaints, providing appropriate solutions and viable alternatives.
- Work closely with network partners to develop successful Account Management Strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Dept. and with Operations Dept. to ensure the highest quality service is delivered to all Key Account Clients.
- Establish best practices: develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new Key Accounts, update and maintain these procedures as needed to meet client demands.
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics.
Qualifications:
- Master degree or higher.
- MANDATORY Excellent communication skills in Business Chinese and English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Automotive and/or Ro/Ro Shipping Industry (1+ years of experience).
- Experience in International Car Manufacturer.
- Excellent Key Account/Sales/Marketing Management experience (3+ years of experiences)
- Effective communication skills (ability to articulate various business scenarios with customers, senior business leaders, and middle management).
- Strong professional integrity, positive attitude, and ability to manage stress in challenging situations teamwork, logical thinking, proactive mindset and result-driven approach.
