Responsible to ensure efficient operations of product procurement and testing, ensuring that products are shipped to relevant clients according to the desired requirements;

Able to guide the daily work of the testing laboratory, train and supervise the personnel, improve the management system of the testing center, guide the operators to carry out laboratory tests according to company procedure, and control the quality of products before shipment to final client;

Familiar with the bearing processing and manufacturing, can skilfully use the corresponding drawing software for product technical analysis and drawing (Auto CAD, SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, etc.), can deal with daily technical problems timely, can actively participate in technical discussion with suppliers, partners, clients, and fluently in English with company Headquarter technical Team to solve efficiently technical problems;

Have experience and familiarity with quality control systems such as ISO: 9001 and IATF 16949 etc. and relative quality management documents, and be able to maintain the system efficiently in use;

Able to provide technical support for new product development according to the instructions of the Headquarters' technical department;

Responsible for dealing with daily product quality problems, point out possible root cause, and improve product and/or supplier process according to PDCA. Proficient in using quality management tools to analyse and correct problems (8D report, SPC, MSA, etc.);

Able to manage the technical and quality contact with the factory to ensure the qualified products meet the orders, including development supporting and controlling for new products according to clients’ requests and our company Headquarters’ directives;

Responsible for auditing the actual suppliers as required, ensure the quality requirements will be respected. At the same time, be able to evaluate new potential suppliers in terms of technology and quality.
