Job Responsibilities:

1. Industrialization Planning: Responsible for organizing manufacturing, quality, and supply chain management (SCM) to review and compile the industrialization plan based on the new car model concept.
2. Project Progress Control: In charge of project schedule management, organizing regular trial production meetings to advance project management, and ensuring the achievement of project Quality, Cost, and Time (QCT).
3. Risk Identification: Proactively identify project risks, including the development and import of molds, fixtures, and inspection tools, as well as the development and delivery of parts, and develop corresponding risk mitigation strategies.
4. Quality and Cost Management: Manage and coordinate the resolution of quality issues during the new car trial production, and control key performance indicators (KPIs) related to new car quality and cost.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: Over 3 years of experience in project management, automotive development, or manufacturing processes, having completed at least one new or significantly revamped car project as a project manager or assistant in a specific domain.
2. Knowledge: Familiar with passenger car research and development, process knowledge, and possesses project management experience.
3. Risk Management: Ability to anticipate project risks and, based on the characteristics of the risks, promote their resolution at different levels.
4. Skills: Possesses good planning, communication, coordination abilities, and team spirit.
