岗位职责：
持续改进机器质量和性能，提供可靠且创新的解决方案。
与项目经理一起定义项目规范。
按照项目经理的要求，设计开发新的纺织机器；
准备项目机械部分图纸，包括三维模型和工程图。
准备和维护零件图纸。
准备和维护装配图纸。
与项目经理和团队其他成员讨论后，按照研发部门知识收集规则填写项目文件， 这些文件包括但不限于：样机通知、图纸更改（样机阶段）、修改通知、和调试规程。
分析产品设计，包括结构增强和整体性，可靠性，效率，材料说明书，可制造型，安全性，证书和测试等；
协同工艺部门制定内部安装和加工工艺要求。
安排力学模拟和分析。

技能
· 具备设计加工工艺，包括但不限于安装、加工、模具、针织和制造等行业知识。
· 熟悉电脑和工作软件，包括但不限于办公软件和3D CAD（CATIA优先）
· 良好的沟通技巧

岗位要求：
· 本科或以上， 机械设计等相关专业
· 针织机械背景优先
· 5年以上设计或技术支持经验

Job responsibilities:
Continuous improvement of machine quality and performance to provide reliable and innovative solutions.
Define project specifications with the project manager.
Design and develop new textile machines according to the requirements of project manager;
Prepare project mechanical drawings, including 3D models and engineering drawings.
Prepare and maintain parts drawings.
Prepare and maintain assembly drawings.
After discussion with the project manager and other team members, fill out the project document in accordance with the knowledge collection rules of the R&D department, including but not limited to: prototype notification, drawing changes (prototype phase), modification notification, and commissioning procedures.
Analyze product design, including structural enhancement and integrity, reliability, efficiency, material specification, manufacturability, safety, certification and testing;
Work with process department to develop internal installation and machining process requirements.
Arrange mechanical simulation and analysis.

skill
· Knowledge of design process, including but not limited to installation, machining, tooling, knitting and manufacturing.
· Familiar with computer and work software, including but not limited to office software and 3D CAD (CATIA preferred)
· Good communication skills

Job requirements:
· Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design or related
· Background in knitting machinery is preferred
· More than 5 years experience in design or technical support
