Description

Main Responsibilities, Activities, Duties and Tasks

  • Support Marketing Team on regular administrative work, such as team meeting, travel, expense report, office facilities and etc.

  • Provide logistic support for some marketing events, such as schedule, accommodation, material preparation, publishing and etc.

  • Manage team budget and provision as the contact for Controlling.

管理部门预算和合同审核和管理。

  • Adverting content review.

广告内容审核。

  • Marketing promotion documents filing and marketing data & online resource management.

市场推广资料编号归档整理 和市场部数据网盘管理在线资料管理。

  • Collect and check the reimbursement fee for marketing department.

部门内报销费用收集和审核。

  • Support travelling logistic of marketing department.

协助部门日常出差事宜

  • Marketing data analysis and digital marketing support

市场部数据分析及支持数字媒体

  • Manage promotion gifts for marketing department.

市场部礼品管理统计。

  • Manage marketing inventory, storage place precisely.

市场部库存及仓库的精确管理。

  • Promotion material allocation and dispatch

市场部推广资料分类及区域派发。

  • Responsible for training new employees of marketing department to familiar with process and activities application procedure.

培训市场部新员工熟悉相关流程及活动申请步骤等。

  • Cooperate with product team and application team to arrange the product training course, set up the monthly training calendar. To arrange sales team to attend online and offline product training. Public training calendar in internet and send to sales team thru email. Needs familiar to use WebEx meeting system.

协同市场部的产品部和应用部门讲课日程,合理安排销售培训,包括线上和线下。包括每月产品和应用知识培训日程的详细设置和发布。熟练使用Cisco 的WebEx会议系统。

  • Create training report after each training course and send to attendee include trainer and trainees. Monthly, quarterly, annual training report is required, analysis training result and make a trainer assessment report. Needs familiar to use Survey Monkey online tool.

每次培训结束有培训报告给到培训师和参与培训的销售。每月、每季度、每年都有培训总结报告,分析培训效果和针对培训讲师的评估报告。熟练使用Survey Monkey在线软件。

  • Aware of and comply with the corporate and local Quality/EHS Manual, Quality/EHS Management System, Quality/EHS Management Policy, Quality/EHS Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.

Professional Experience, Knowledge & Technical/Professional Skills

  • At least 5 years related marketing assistant working experience in Marketing function. Experience in medical industry is preferred.

至少5年市场部助理相关工作经验,医药行业工作经验优先考虑。

  • Skillful in Excel & PPT.

熟练操作Excel和PPT软件。

  • Strictly comply with National laws and regulations, EHS and quality management system, abide by the company Code of Conduct, rules and regulations. Ensure that all work behavior conform to company's compliance requirements.
